The Partners of DOUGLAS NEWMAN GOOD COMMERCIAL Property are delighted to announce key appointments to our leadership team. The appointments reflect Douglas Newman Good Commercial Property future growth strategy and stated intent to maintain lead positions in Property Management, Retail, General Commercial Property Agency and Professional Services.
Geraldine Kingston is now a consultant to the practice.
Helen Fletcher as Head of our Valuation and Professional Services Department is appointed a Partner.
Emma O'Meara has recently joined the practice as Graduate Surveyor.
Elaine Coghlan is to be appointed Associate Partner and will now have overall responsibility for Property Management. We believe this new reporting structure will ensure greater day to day efficiencies and it will also lead to new and varied property management opportunities particularly in the Asset and Risk management fields.
Karl Byrne is to be appointed Associate Partner and will continue to develop the general agency side of the business, and also forge links with the dynamic healthcare and insolvency companies.
Simon Plunkett is also to be appointed Associate Partner and has established himself as a specialist in the letting of shopping centre units. Simon will also have the responsibility of developing a formal link with a leading UK estate agency which we feel will put us on an equal footing as some of the larger agents.
We would like to congratulate Aisling Foran on completing her final Accountancy exams and we are delighted that her hard work has paid off.
We would like to wish Helen, Emma, Elaine, Karl and Simon every success in their new roles.
